The Company also adheres to the principles of good governance, Code of Conduct of the Company for its business operation, including in compliance with requirements of laws strictly. In this connection, the Company has imposed an Anti-Corruption policy, and communicated with all directors, executives and employees of the Company for enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the importance of Anti-Corruption policy. As a result, all directors, executives and employees of the Company have been involved and recognized of the implementation of imposed practices in the Company’s business operation.
In addition, the Company is certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption from the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption Committee (CAC) on November 5, 2018, the certificate will be valid for 3 years from the date of approval. In 2021, the Company submitted an application for a 3 years extension of its certification as a member of the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption, which was granted on 31 December 2021 and will expire on 31 December 2024.
